What is the actual size of a page with a resolution of 1024px, taking into account the scrollbar and the borders of the browser window?
Hello!
In the process of creating a responsive design, I remembered that in some browsers there is still a visible scrollbar and some "borders" of the browser window. Therefore, it makes no sense for them to make layout strictly under 1024. Will 1000 be enough? Won't all these elements take away more than 24 pixels?
Sincerely,
Alexander.

Well, as @Trow_eu pointed out , 960 is the recommended width for 1024. Personally, my browser takes up the entire usable area in width, that is, 1920px - scroll when it is (15px, but in my opinion the scroll width may differ in different browsers).
I always take a minimum of 1280px in width as a standard.
