What is system_thread_exception_not_handled ntfs.sys?

I assembled a computer, installed Windows 10. I played COD for about two hours, ran tests in benchmarks, and decided to download another game on Steam. The system_thread_exception_not_handled ntfs.sys blue screen crashed. Now the computer does not turn on (there is no power, CPU_Fan does not spin). Yesterday there was a problem with blue screens, I decided to kill Windows. Yesterday I checked the HDD for broken blocks (they are not there), check the RAM for errors (they are not there). All hardware is new. It is worth noting that before connecting a discrete graphics card and installing drivers, the blue screen did not crash, but this may just be a coincidence.
What is this error and what causes it? I did not find an answer on the Internet. And how to turn on the computer now?

Guessing about the causes of BSOD is better from a complete memory dump. The reason could be almost anything. If the machine does not turn on, there is a possibility of overheating.
