What is stronger for fracture: Chinese super glue (cyanoacrylic) with soda or epoxy?

I often use baking soda filled with super-glue to restore collapsed plastic cases. It turns out an excellent patch, which can then be processed, completed, etc. And now I would like to know what is more durable for fracture, this mixture or ordinary epoxy resin?

Epoxy is much stronger, especially if it is reinforced, such as fiberglass. Plus, it's more flexible.
But cyanoacrylate has better adhesion to most plastics (more precisely, there is at least some), if they are not specially prepared. And without an adhesive primer, epoxy, in most cases, simply cannot be used for these purposes.

It is necessary to glue with something that dissolves this plastic (toluene, dichloroethane, etc.). You can make shavings of this material into a solvent and glue the resulting paste.
