What is shadows built in name?

Changed environment from requirements.txt. Another computer, another python (was 3.4, now 3.6), another PyCharm. New warnings have appeared, incl. "Shadows built-in name 'name'"
Google has explanations and answers, but all in English. Please, please explain what it is?

You created a variable with a name that was used in the standard library. Now that library object is not available to you.
