What is required to use an IP camera as a video peephole?

Hello everyone,
I want to hang a video camera on the site in front of the door and be able to view video in real time (without recording) from a laptop and phone. The sound is not important, but working in poor lighting is important.
Do I understand correctly that if I buy an IP camera, for example, Hobovisin , connect it to power and to my router (zyxel kinetic lite 3), then due to the web server built into the camera, it will be possible to connect via wi-fi to the router from any device and watch the video, and for this you will not need to configure or buy anything additional?

And in our enlightened time, a lot of Chinese cameras with a built-in web server work only through ActiveX, limiting the possibility of remote viewing to almost zero. Check immediately if possible.

If the description is correct, then there is a built-in web server (it means you can use a browser) + you can connect from IOS and Android applications. In fact, nothing else is needed - just hook it up to the local network. You only need to configure it yourself through the web interface after purchase.
