What is needed to send letters when linking billing-yandex?

Good afternoon, I’ll immediately make a reservation that I have no experience in such a setup ...
The following situation arose: there is a billing that hangs at the address 37.60.xx.xx, there is a domain with a site registered with Inoventica, ip: 195.128.xx.xx and there is Yandex .mail (purchased a .com domain), to which we want to link the billing newsletter.
The billing interface specifies sending on behalf of "[email protected]" (which is on Yandex). The domain itself that we use is delegated to Yandex servers and the usual sending is correct. At the moment, mailing from billing works, but letters go to spam. Those support of Yandex in this matter cannot give a clear answer ....
When checking emails on mail-tester (that are sent via billing interface), we get "We did not find a mail server (A record) on host billing_name" and "Your message is not signed by DKIM".
Tell me, what is necessary for each of the services to successfully send (send letters)?

@lumian

Set up sending billing emails through the smtp.yandex.com server with authorization and then everything will be ok.
