What is more promising / more interesting on upwork - WordPress or PHP frameworks?

Good afternoon!
Colleagues, tell me with which direction on upwork you can quickly enter / receive an order from the indicated ones? And in the future already focus on it. I have knowledge of WP, but I don’t know if it’s enough for freelancing, I think I’ll figure it out along the way. I also didn’t write much on yii2, but I think to look towards laravel.
Thank you

1. Laravel
2. WordPress + Javascript (more specifically - Ember, Angular, etc.)
In more detail, according to paragraph 2, I open the "secret" - very soon the REST API will be included in the core . And a major revolution in themes and plugins is brewing. A lot of new niches will open up. Follow the process and stay in trend - there will be a lot of work in this direction.

- A LOT of work on WP. Not just MUCH, but so MUCH that I had to specifically remove the word WP from the search, since the entire feed is littered with it. In general, at first I thought that only WP posts work on upwork.
- There is not much work on "frameworks" regarding WP, but without adequate knowledge it is better not to go there. On small projects - the Indians will kill, on large ones - people with great experience and ratings.

WordPress is more mass work, it is full of it. Done quickly. It costs less.
Frameworks are more custom development of the system, there is less such work. Costs more. It takes longer.

You are asking the wrong question. You don't have to choose between WP or a framework. Have you seriously decided to learn just one technology, not even a language, but a technology? This is not the correct approach. But I do not urge you to immediately take on everything at once.
Start with WP. More orders, orders are typical, not long, fill yourself with statistics and very soon study this WP inside and out. After that, you can proceed to the framework and so on. Over time, if you go the right way, you will have more than one cms, more than one framework, and even more than one language in your piggy bank.

Are you ready to work on WordPress? Are you sure of this? Have you already gone to the pharmacy for nausea medicine? Drank 50 grams for courage? Well, then you are ready! Go ahead and good luck!
Well, I'll go and write projects on the framework. I'm just a bit of a sociopath, I don't like it when strangers come into the house. And after wordpress, you have to call a cleaner who removes traces of vomit and brains from the walls.

The more you know, the more prospects (and not only freelancing).
Your CEP!
I do not advise you to understand "on-the-go" things on "live" projects. The chance to get negative karma on the resource is very high.
Look to Phalcon for really fast solutions.
