What is more profitable to withdraw money (Skrill/Payoneer)?

At the moment I use a Russian debit card, but in the near future I will receive transfers from oDesk. I really like to use the card (I pay in cash in case of emergency).
With oDesk, you can withdraw money to Skrill and Payoneer, which card is more profitable to use given this type of card usage?
And more questions:

  1. Are there many places where cards are accepted (shops/cafes)? There are no problems with the fact that the card was not issued by our bank? I myself live in Moscow, I would like experience in Moscow
  2. Do they charge additional fees for paying for a service (i.e. not withdrawing cash) in our stores?

@opium

the pioneer generally has a chipless card and it is impossible to use it except in a personally verified ATM by cleverly hiding the pincode, I have not seen the Skrylov card live, but it is definitely a mastercard and, in theory, in Europe should be with a chip.
1) everyone accepts
2) everyone takes about 3%, this is initially included in the price of the majority, who is completely honest or trades at the minimum wage always says I will add 3% to the check if you pay by card.
I described in great detail about security and cards here
