What is logging.critical and fatal for?

Let's say I'm writing a web scraper for an online store. I can record with info which links were used, and with debug I can record the number of links found on a page. Why do we need warning, critical, fatal? I would just like an example. As I understand it, you can use warning when the page could not be opened. Do I understand correctly?
