What is google/lovefield?

Yesterday I found an interesting repository on GitHub called google/lovefield . As I understand it, this is a library for working with a database from JavaScript. But it seems to me that this is nonsense, who can explain what it is, why it is needed and, most importantly, how?

A small list of things to keep in mind when making layouts:

  1. First, try to use your site without a mouse, but only with the keyboard. If you can easily get to any place (button, link, form, slide), then go to the next step.
  2. Turn on the screen reader and see how it analyzes your site. Open the web accessibility analyzer in your browser debugger. Make sure all your buttons are recognized as buttons, that all links and menus are recognized as menus, that the headings are headings and not plain text with oversized fonts, that all icons have labels (you don't).
  3. In the same browser, audit your site in the "Accessibility" sections to make sure that all the texts on your site are readable enough, contrast

Not to work with the database, but "imitates" the work with the database.
It is necessary in order to work with localStorage not as a key-value, but as a SQL database. Imitation for convenience of selections.
