What is going on in the web development market for junior?
Hello everyone, I suck at the job market for web programmers. I'm studying web development (front & back). For junior vacancies, the cat cried, the requirements are really high. In fact, the minimum qualification is only the middle one. But the catch is in the experience, the employer does not see the experience - does not respond. I already wrote that I am doing freelance work, so they look at resumes. Freelancing is generally a game, for a penny they demand something unrealistic, and even such an order without a rating cannot be obtained. I decided to position myself as a JS programmer, vue react node - there is little demand. I can't even get a job as a junior. There is a portfolio. I continue to teach. What internships or what do you recommend?

Guys, go work in the office, there is enough work. If you live in a village, move to a big city. Usually, such problems arise for those who have not worked a day yet, but are already looking only for remote work. I remember they took a junior to work a year and a half ago on the rails, just for remote work. It would seem that the stack is not super popular, but in three days more than 100 people responded. And as if they were initially ready to take it without experience, but when you come across guys with real experience, why refuse: D
Banks constantly conduct internships. Type in Google "%name_of_big_bank% internship".
Here is what I found in 3 minutes:
https://rshbstart.ru/
https://raiffeisen-evolve.ru/it
https://fintech.tinkoff.ru/study/start/
https://sbergraduate.ru/sberseasons -moscow/
The solution to this problem will be training on the platforms: htmlacademy, geekbrains, yandex. At the time of training, you need to show really good results. And after graduation, go for an internship in a company that will be offered. And further, gain knowledge, experience and grow up the career ladder.
Or. If all the same your path is freelancing, then you really need to know your direction well and spend all your free time on training. And also have good work in the portfolio and profile on GitHub. After that, you will either be able to find a job yourself, or the job will find you.
Wish you luck!
