What is free internet radio?

I am looking for a replacement for TapinRadio, I believe that there is a radio player with similar functionality available for free.
The requirements are approximate, but essential:
- an extensive catalog of stations sorted by tags (country, musical style, years) (TuneIn is a very weak example of a catalog)
- a verified catalog (no more than 20% of non-working ips)
- a sane interface (rarma radio for me some kind of tin)
- the android version is very welcome

I use RadioSure under Windows, stations are updated regularly.
Under Android - Audials.
Both suit.
