What is causing this error in sql server 2012 r2?

Good afternoon, please tell me how to fix the error that pops up when you double-click on the Backup task, when creating a maintenance plan. Before that, I played with the Agent Sql service, with an input from another user, so I finished it .. The service is running on behalf of the Domain Admin, sql server is also running under this name.

The error is
