I use Filezilla, in active mode. Could the problem be related to the work of the Internet provider?

I have the same problem at home. And the problem is 100% in the provider, in my opinion. Another provider works without problems via FTP, and if I try another server at home, then everything also works without interruptions.
Tried both active and passive modes with no results.
Two options either change provider or change hosting....
