What is blocking sleep on Lenovo G500 laptop - Windows 10?

Tell me what can cause blocking on a laptop Lenovo G500 Windows 10.
Previously, sleep mode functioned normally. Since I use my computer mainly to access the Internet, I don’t install anything special. But at the same time, as you know, Windows 10 itself likes to "roll up" updates ...
As a result, sleep mode stopped working when powered "from the network".
Although it runs on battery power...
To the command: powercfg /requests It
responds like this:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg /requests
DISPLAY:
No.
SYSTEM:
[SERVICE] \Device\HarddiskVolume4\Windows\System32\spoolsv.exe (Spooler)
The printer queue is printing a document.
AWAYMODE:
No.
EXECUTION:
No.
PERFBOOST:
No.
ACTIVELOCKSCREEN:
No.
But I don't know how to make spoolsv.exe not get in the way. And of course, it's not certain that this will solve the problem.

In such cases, they usually suggest the following:
- stop the Print Spooler service or whatever it is in Russian, if you have Russian
OR, if it didn’t help / helped at a time, but then the problem arose again
- remove and reinstall the printer driver
