Faced with the fact that Sharepoint is not suitable for use, Bitrix24 does not work (although the developers consider its state to be work).
Is there any system that can:

2. Ability to connect the disk directly
3. Search that can search for files, etc. by name

5. Main page with the ability to pin news

Redmine is a huge field in terms of task customization, there is a chat plugin, and a bunch of other goodies and plugins. But for the mail client, you can use any web client and add a link to it in the main redmine menu.

Have you tried Megaplan? True, there is CRM, and it is paid. There are options for using both in the cloud and installing on your server. In general, not bad, although not cheap (we use the "box" - the server version is about a year old, the flight is normal, the technical support service is on top).

At first they themselves were looking for an adequate task manager + corporate portal for a long time, went through many options, even planned to write their own, but in the end they calculated and decided that Bitrix24 needs less time to learn and in fact (at least for us) it closes 90% needs. Of course, there are still jambs, such as a buggy gantt chart, but you can use it, just watch 3-4 of their webinars and disable everything unnecessary.
