How to connect a PC through the lan port of the router to the network?

The essence of the problem is this.
There is a certain network with the Internet (about 20 computers), each PC has a static IP, and binding to the network through it.
How to plug a router into this network so that the PC remains in the local
area. Suppose the IP of the computer is 192.168.0.5, I disconnect it from the cable and insert this cable into the router, of course I configure the router to access the Internet with ip and the gateways that were installed on the PC 192.168.0.5 . Now
there is wi-fi, devices connected to wifi have internet. But the PC connected to the lan port of the router does not have it, and this is logical. Next, I change in the PC settings not a static IP but .... "receive automatically"
Now the router itself gives me a dynamic ip specified in the DCHP settings. Voila, there is an Internet both on devices and on a PC. But now the PC is not connected to the local network, because the IP was given to it by the router.
Tried to reserve the right IP to the PC via DCHP. But of course it gives an error then that on 2 devices the same IP gateway mask, etc.
So: how to leave a PC in LAN while connecting a router router
