What is better to start learning for a beginner who wants to write Angular or Node JS web services?
I want to learn how to write web services for working with social networks. I know HTML, I understand CSS, I know PHP and C# syntax. Now I took a course on JS, I want to learn how to write these web services. At first I planned to study NodeJS, but as usual I read everything and now I don’t know.
From the priorities:
1) Ease of development and the level of entry into the topic
2) The number of docks and the Russian community
3) Good and cool IDE, if available. Well, in the sense if there is a prom standard, as for .Net there is a studio from MS.
4) The speed of work during web parsing and working with API services.

The question is posed incorrectly, since Node.js is in no way an alternative to Angular .
Learn Node.js and React .
Node for the back, React for the front.
You can look at Vue as an alternative to React , the entry threshold is lower there. But React
has a larger
community and ecosystem . Angular is heavy for a beginner, the entry threshold is higher, and learning to write the right things on it is harder.
The best IDE for JS and frontend in particular Webstorm
The question is incorrect right away, because Angular is a front-end framework, and node.js is a platform for using JS on the server. But in fact, it would be nice to know both, but personally I would start with node.js, and then you’ll figure it out with angular
