What is better to choose i3 4340 or xeon x3440?

Tell me please, now the i3 4340 is loaded in games from 70 to 100%, there is an idea to change it to xeon x3440 and overclock it, is there any point in the plan? Or is it still better to leave i3?

Xeon is not designed for desktops. Its task is servers, a number crusher, and a desktop rarely has strictly computational tasks. Well, this is not counting the fact that xeon needs a server mother and server memory :)
