What is better office, coworking or home office?
Hello!
Now I'm renting an office not far from home, I go there by car, it's not far from the metro, there are shuttles, but still. Clients don't actually visit me, so my office can be considered a back office.
Now I work there alone, all partners work on outsourcing in different parts of the country/planet.
The question arose about whether an office is needed at all, to bear extra expenses, if, for example, you can rent a workplace in a coworking space or even make a good workplace at home?
No recruitment is planned for the coming year.
Who has an opinion on this? What's better? What turned out better in your case?
We are engaged in the actual graphic design for the most part, sites (where without them).

A question of psychology. You come to the office and set yourself up for work. At home, set yourself up for rest.
When everything is in one place, it is more difficult to concentrate when working and more difficult to relax when resting.
Try Home - office, the atmosphere is stunned, savings, and customers with cookies come to tea.
Especially in a large city, your clients are less conservative, unlike mine with a collective farm mentality.
I think a home office would be the best option. Coworking goodies are not needed (otherwise you would have said about them yourself), there is no point in the office either, unless there are problems with the working mood at home.
if you want to save money and have enough willpower - then you can try to work at home)
as an option - you can try to work in libraries;)
Tried everything.
In the office (co-working) working capacity is higher, and the family does not interfere.
But home is more comfortable.
Allocate a separate room at home as a "working room", all the intelligentsia worked this way until Soviet times. So the mood will be working.
It's not the same for everybody. Some homeworkers complain about the lack of communication and say that coworking is more suitable for them. And the fact that co-working spaces themselves exist already suggests that someone needs it.
In general, of course, it is better to try both in practice and then finally choose. A compromise option is also possible: alternate for six months or quarterly: either at home or in a coworking space.
I feel more comfortable working in an office than at home. I can't concentrate. But, of course, there is no point in renting an entire office... A workplace in a coworking space is enough. Economical, close to home, well, you can meet someone)))
