Co-working / anti-cafe in St. Petersburg / Moscow with a video conference room?

Dear lazyweb,
We have a distributed team (hobby project), about 20 people in St. Petersburg, 10 people in Moscow. To discuss some issues, it is possible to use calls via Skype and local meetings (only St. Petersburg or only Muscovites).
There is a lack of a hybrid option - when Muscovites gather in one place, St. Petersburg residents in another, and we all talk to each other.
Just Skype cannot achieve such an effect - you need a normal microphone and, in general, non-home-class equipment.
Are there any co-working spaces or anti-cafes in St. Petersburg/Moscow (preferably both there and there) that provide a full-fledged video conferencing room for rent? Or at least a normal panoramic microphone?

There is DI Telegraph in Moscow , it seems that its negotiation rooms are suitable for this.
