What is best for building a real estate classifieds board?

Good afternoon, dear developers.
There was a need to create something like a bulletin board for renting and selling real estate with a powerful filter and the possibility of monetization: paid advertisements, vip status. I settled on the choice of a framework, cms, or just a self-written site for the implementation of such a project. Over the past month, I've tasted several ready-made script-ks, Open real estate (monoray), eliteboard, and boxcode bulletin board options.
script-ks is an obsolete version, not supported for a hundred years.
open real estateby monoray - at first glance, a tempting system written in the yii framework. But the way the developers present it immediately becomes sickening: a bunch of knockers and drafts. To remove the copyright, you have to pay 1 thousand rubles. I am not a stingy person, I myself have hosting links in the footer on the sites, in the articles there are links to the site where the article was taken from and everything is free of charge. I'm just an adherent of the idea that everyone should decide for himself whether he should leave a link in the form of gratitude or not. If there was no such binding of this copyright, then I would not even touch it, but when they want to take money to remove it, the thought immediately appears how to remove this link once and for all. And contacting such a company is dangerous for development, you never know what else it will code there ...
Eliteboard- was bought. Support is zero, I would even say even lower - there are simple questions on the closed forum since 2013, to which there is no answer from the developers until now. The script has a filter made the old-fashioned way from frames, which indicates that the developer does not seek to bring his script to mind. The smarty template engine and a few other minor inconveniences (weak captcha, the filter is divided into two parts, one of which is loaded via ajax later, which affects the site design).
Вoxcode - 100% no support. The author has been convincing everyone for several years that he is very busy. Everything in this script is confusing and difficult to figure out what is where. I was looking for a finalizer for a very long time, and when I found it, the price could be compared with the development of a self-written board.
Since I am not very strong in php, I am currently looking for a developer. But I would like to know initially on which framework or even cms it is best to create such a project in your opinion? I know the answer might be "maybe everyone, even WP and Joomla". But creating a large project on such cms is not rational.

If you understand PHP, then any framework. If not, then DRUPAL. IMHO.

I work with Boxcode. There is nothing confusing. If you understand php , then there will be no problems . Yes, the admin does not develop the project. I try to help myself. My website is make-board. en

You can make it on the basis of osclass, file it with special attributes and you're done.
Or choose a special Realty-Pro template, for example, I saw similar ones here san-osclass.com/#!digiseller/detail/2583936
