What is angularjs-ui-bootstrap?

If anyone uses angularjs-ui-bootstrap , then tell me - is this the same as regular bootstrap or some kind of stripped down version? Otherwise, I just don’t see any panels or button groups ...
And if it’s truncated, have you already thought of some multi-platform and multi-browser components that could be put on the same level with bootstrap? For example, Angular Material can be called a full-fledged replacement for Bootstrap?

This repository contains a set of native AngularJS directives based on Bootstrap's markup and CSS. As a result no dependency on jQuery or Bootstrap's JavaScript is required. The only required dependencies are:

Panels, button groups are just CSS, and here specifically js components from bootstrap implemented exclusively in angularjs, without depending on jquery.
Angular Material is one of the implementations of material design under angular.
