Hello.
Six months ago I downloaded a good RSS reader for Windows. I only remember that it is in Russian and the author seems to be from Russia. Updated frequently. The icon is green, it seems. Completely out of my head :(
I would be glad for links to something similar. Maybe you will get what you need. Thank you.

What does the menu look like? Windows which is XP, 7, 8, ... ?
Hanging in the tray? Widget? Or just a window?
