What is an Open Source SCPI parser?

Hello.
Requires an Open Source SCPI parser to be implemented on the computer side, not on the instrument. In the form of a library or a separate project written in c/c++ and/or using frameworks.
I really want to hear advice and recommendations regarding the independent implementation of the parser, since I have no experience in this.
