Is there a Power Point viewer/writer for asp.net web forms?

Good day everyone.
I searched for a long time, and really did not find anything interesting / working.
I am looking for an add-on / plugin / something else that could be inserted into the asp.net web forms page, and then it allowed:
1. View ppt / pptx / pptm (with macros and videos)
2. Edit the same thing
3. Create new ones .
I saw solutions like ispring , where the work is done in Power Point itself, and then html files are generated, which, in theory, can be attached to the site. But the problem is that each computer will need a license.
Has anyone experienced this and can offer some advice?
