What is an external FM receiver for android (not internet)?

In general, I'm building a "carpc" based on nexus 7, and such a problem arose - I want to screw an FM receiver to the tablet. Well, to listen to the radio corny, without the Internet, and manage all this from a tablet (it doesn’t have a built-in FM receiver, as you know).
Of the possibilities, the tablet has bluetooth, wi-fi and USB-OTG.
Is there any device + software through which you can listen to regular radio on an android tablet?
