Layouts and prototypes

What is a website prototyping tool that supports sketch export to PSD?

Is there any tool for effective website prototyping similar to Balsamiq with support for exporting to PSD?
So that after coordinating the layout with customers, the designer could start finishing the details in Photoshop / Illustrator without starting everything from scratch?
They say Adobe Fireworks was convenient, but since 2013 it has not been supported.

For some time now there has been a product from Adobe called Brackets that comes with the Extract add-on . (Extract is distributed as a preview. Apparently, it will cost money later)

Free translation from the site:
“Aimed at visual tools and preprocessing, Brackets is a modern editor that makes it easy to develop in the browser. Try Creative Cloud Extract (preview) for Brackets as an easy way to get clean and concise CSS directly from a PSD file without code generation."

That is, Extract allows you to get styles directly from a PSD file and convert them on the fly to CSS, and all this happens in a convenient web development environment - Brackets, which supports LESS / SASS preprocessing and has a large number of extensions.
PS This Extract worked for me only once, and it doesn't want to anymore :(
UPD For Photoshop CC 2014 there is a CSS Hat plugin that allows Photoshop to get CSS code for each individual layer.
