What is a VPN client?

Tried standard windows VPN connection, OpenVPN, Softether VPN.
And all had their problems and their pluses, but that one is still missing
In the standard connection:
( - ) Didn't go to most sites
( - ) Frequent crashes
( + ) Normal speed (Youtube 720p can be easily watched)
OpenVPN:
( - ) Frequent crashes
( - ) After the crash, I would have to restart the program or even the computer
( + ) Normal speed (You can easily watch Youtube 720p)
Softether VPN:
( - ) Low speed (you can watch Youtube in 114p quality)
( + ) No crashes
As if the problem is in my Internet speed, but the VPN usage speed is from 10 kilobytes / sec to 100 kilobytes / sec in all VPN clients.
