Good day! Network of two virtual machines and one VPS server, VPN StrongSwan. Each client is connected to a local network. Tobish two IP one local 192.168.0 another VPN 10.1.22. over local. The task is to send a packet from the network of Client 1 - through the VPS - to Client 2 - to the local network of client 2.
Actually, I configured the packets to go through the tunnel and they reach the client:

But he does not respond. Client 2 has addresses 10.1.22.1 and 192.168.0.82 I ping him from Client 1 on his local IP. Why doesn't he answer? I have enabled ip_forward, why is the packet not being forwarded to the interface?

Not enough routes. Client 2 needs to know that the VPN server it connects to can route to Client 1 and vice versa.
