Through what software to set up a connection via SOCKS5 with authorization on WIndows 10?

I have my own SOCKS5 proxy server with authorization, I used it only on my phone before, now I need it on a PC.
Recommend a program for WIndows 10 through which you can set up such a connection. In Google, something is deaf (or programs are still under XP).

you can raise a local 3proxy with the configuration
auth iponly
fakeresolve
internal 127.0.0.1
allow *
parent 1000 socks5+ address_sox port_socks login password
proxy -p3128
and set the proxy (common for all protocols) 127.0.0.1 port 3128, the browser will access the local proxy, and the local proxy go to socks with authorization.
Or, if you have your own proxy, it is better to raise an http proxy instead of or in addition to socks, authorization for it is supported in browsers.
