What is a _very-very_ simple time attendance program for Windows 7?

Hello.
You need to take control of your own working time spent on a laptop under Win 7.
A quick review of existing programs revealed that they all have redundant functionality. You need to enter programs, websites, etc. into them.
And I just need to:
- Press start
- Work
- Press stop
- Write down a comment for this period of time
- And so that these pieces of time are automatically summed up and some very simple statistics for the period (day , week, etc.)
