What is a SOHO router?
What is a SOHO router? And how is it different from a regular, home Wi-fi router?

This is the usual home router.
"Not SOHO" - these are industrial routers that can keep a connection with dozens of wifi clients and calmly route from a hundred to a gigabit of traffic outward (however, you can't deceive physics, and even at such points over the air everything works badly if there are a lot of clients). Usually, SOHO routers cannot work "together" - for example, spread one ESSID over several physical access points. They do not have dynamic routing features.
