What is a serious Antivirus for Android 7 (paid and one free)?

Previously, I didn’t use much on android 4 ..
Either a spider or Casper ...
I bought a spider once ..
Now I think sophos? On android 7?
I love anti-theft... And after breeding sites, relatives especially need to remove pop-up ads from browsers and from the system itself...
Just backup and reset? Or are there really antiviruses that will remove advertising windows without root?

Android problems.
Advertising windows are placed without root and should be removed without it.
They usually disguise themselves as system services, attributing names like "UpdateService" or are scripts / plugins for the browser. Just delete and that's it.
