Strange user time on android?

I actually connected via adb to my comrade, I think I'll write a script for testing, and here's an interesting thing, I open top and there:

By the way, in the last login in the shell of the device, this "strange" value floating within 600 was idle time, but I suppose this was due to the unloaded device.
