What is a quality wired computer headset for VoIP?

Need wired headsets for computers with 3.5mm jacks for VoIP telephony.
The main issue is the quality of the microphones. Most headsets produce a very quiet sound, even with all settings set to maximum.
Tried several models, all about the same. Monophonic headsets are inserted into the ear and held by the auricle with a microphone placed to the mouth. But either they need to be right at the very mouth (and they have a shorter take-off), or a more sensitive microphone is needed.

@GansikUA You can't answer in the "clarification of the question", you have to manually. Come on, it's more convenient here.
Right now, in general, any brand Ip phone for any wallet can be found.
From the middle ones: D-Link, Grandstream and even Cisco 3905 for 2000 rubles can be taken. ( http://market.yandex.ru/model.xml?modelid=7700036&hid=979262 )

usually microphones give a quiet sound if the input gain or microphone gain checkbox or something like that is not checked in the mixer properties in Windows

Complete shit. Such an earpiece is not capable of transmitting the voice spectrum, and your operators will stupidly not understand the interlocutor's speech. The headset should fit in both ears and the speakers should be big enough to deliver bass. Well, they should not be inserted into the ears, but put on like normal headphones - on top of the head.

If you take a headset with an rj connector, then I would recommend this one.

And if with the usual 3.5-jack, then A4Tech HS-60, in it you can spend 10-12 hours and your ears do not get tired.
If you take the phone to try, then I would recommend this one. I have three years on my desktop. Never failed.
