In gparted, when creating a new partition table, there are many others besides MBR and gpt.
Aix
Amiga
BSD
Dvh
Gpt
Mac
Msdos
Pc98
Sun
Atari
Loop

Msdos and gpt I know, but what do the rest mean and what is the difference? I know which one to choose, but explain how they differ.
Wikipedia doesn't say anything about them, I didn't even find them.
