In LAN, usually no more than 1-2 ms. Depends on software and hardware. Maybe you have a large load, shapers, firewalls. Lots of factors.

In the local network, the ping should be <1 ms. May jitter 1-2 ms.
But these are reference values.

Каков нормальный пинг внутри сети? у меня бывает что время отклика больше 10 мс. это нормально где ходит большой объем информации?

On good, the response time should tend to the reference. And with powerful equipment, it should remain in the region of 1 ms. Here you need to revise what gives these 10 ms. If there are no explicit overloads, then you must decide for yourself whether this is normal or not for you. It all depends on the services. By itself, 10 ms is not a big delay, but it can signal problems.

Well, taking into account the fact that the network can cover the entire globe ... And even go via satellite ...
Pretty big.

there is a large amount of information

Big is how much? For some, 100 Mbps is a lot, and for others, 100 Gbps is the norm.
And so at home on a cable 1 ms. well, two.
