What is a mini-ITX board with the ability to install 32GB of memory?

Good afternoon.
I'm building a small home server. Requires a mini-ITX board with 32GB of memory.
Yandex-Market says that MSI H87I is my choice, but the manufacturer's website says that the maximum for the board is 16GB. Can someone tell me which of the sources is right, maybe I misunderstood something in the specification, or tell me an alternative board.

Are 16GB memory sticks already being produced? And not registered?
You either need to assemble on server hardware (respectively, Xeon and registered memory. Will they work on a desktop motherboard - work out the question. Xeons often work now, but I didn’t know about memory. Most likely, also look for a server motherboard) or no options (i.e. e. wait a couple more years for the appearance of such iron in the home segment).

If you haven't bought a case yet, you might be interested in the Shuttle SZ87R6 platform (32 GB (4x8)).
If you bought, then the ASUS Maximus VI Impact mother is a good option.
