What is a Linux application for server monitoring?

The essence of the question - you need an application (for linux), like munin, which takes statistics, builds graphs, etc. + is there an application for ios / android? Are there any at all? Google doesn't find anything suitable for me.

Why doesn't the munin page fit?
The visiting script for munin is easy to write.

I forgot, it is also desirable to have statistics of visits for the web resources of the service.

About 2 years ago I installed bjango.com/help/istat/gettingstarted
It seems like not a bad monitoring application. Connected Debian and CentOS servers.

Set up a notification on ICQ. Why not push?
