What is a Jedi programmer?

Lately, I've heard mention of the existence of Jedi programmers several times, but I couldn't find a sensible definition. What does this mean and where did it come from?

Jedi are Force-wielding peacekeepers in the Star Wars universe. They have a certain way of life, military traditions and a code of honor. The main attribute of a Jedi is a lightsaber. The Force grants Jedi supernatural powers. © Wiki
In conjunction with a programmer, apparently, it is used for fun, supposedly not a mere mortal programmer, but a programmer who owns the Force. In general, look at the work.
