What is a good Ukrainian hosting that supports Yandex-money and Qiwi payment?

I am looking for a good Ukrainian hosting with Yandex or Qiwi payment support. I found https://avahost.ua but when ordering, it transfers to the Russian site, i.e. in fact the hosting is Russian.

Ukr. hosting is unlikely to support poison without a Russian legal entity.
Get a Yandex card and use it.

It seems that poison and kiwi were blocked in Ukraine, it’s kind of stupid to look for hosting in this section in Ukraine
