What is a good time manager (task manager)?

Advise a good task tracker so that you can write - today I'm doing this, tomorrow this, and so on. The tracker is free.
I used to like https://ru.todoist.com but the free version is too short or I'm not using it correctly.
PS I also use Evernote, but it's only for taking notes.
