What is a good SMTP Server with web interface and statistics?

Actually a subject. I used smtp3 (the speed was constantly dropping and the speed was only 300 letters / hour) and smtp bz (banned because 15% of the addresses were disabled). Prompt a working server (> 95% incoming) with a web interface, as I am a lamer in this matter. If this is not the case, then at least without an interface. Thanks in advance!

Old service - mailout.ru.
With an interface - this is for smartresponder, mailchimp, etc. "Inbox" depends on both the server/service and the sender.
