How to set up SMTP if there is another plugin that works with wp-mail?

I'm trying to transfer the project to amazon.
Letters from the new server do not reach or through time. We decided to set up SMTP, verified, received the keys and everything is ok. But the project has similar challenges

wp_mail( $to, $subject, $message, $headers, $attachments );

What causes WP SES plugin error (rewrites wp-mail function)

Another plugin did override wp-mail function. Please de-activate the other plugin if you want WP SES to work properly.

If the project (as the plugin is implemented) is deactivated, then everything starts working.
How to win this?
