What is a good service for checking the adaptability of the site on different devices?

Recommend a really good mobile device emulator to test adaptability on different devices. Tried some, but all display differently! Share who uses what?

Services crap, F12 does not always help.
Better buy yourself devices on Android and iOS (at least BU).

Isn't it easier to check through the browser itself?

browserstack is the most adequate of those that I have tried.
The trial includes an iPhone, iPad and several Android devices, all with DevTools support.
To check the layout, this is usually enough.
