Recommend a good chair with a budget under $1,000 that will allow the body to withstand prolonged daily stress. The problem is that in my city (Krasnodar) there are only online stores selling this, as it turned out to be a very specific, category of goods. There are no real exhibition stands and shops.
I wish there was a headrest, a good rocking mechanism.
I'm waiting for advice from the owners of good chairs, since I have to choose almost blindly.

Not orthopedic, of course, but not a thousand bucks either. Ikea armchair Marcus, 8000r comfortable different materials guarantee and quality. You can try ikea.

If still relevant - I bought myself this - www.market-ru.ru/index.php?productID=279. Comfortable, lots of adjustments. But heavy and quite large.
