What is a good inexpensive VPN?

I think this question has already been, but since this information tends to lose its relevance, I will ask it again.
You need a fast enough (for surfing), not very expensive, with normal support, ease of use.
Needed to bypass firewalls at work and in the country.

Just because you can't check it.
Yes, you can also receive data from VPS - for example, cleverly mirroring the update of FS blocks into a copy of your disk (but this is an extremely paranoid and difficult option). But the guarantee that the log will not be kept on the VPS is immeasurably greater.
