What is a good feedback module for Joomla 3.9?

Hello!
Recommend a feedback module for Joomla 3.9 with the ability to add fields in the admin panel, recaptcha 2 or 3, field validation and ajax. The form will be both embedded in the page and in the modal. I have been working with Joomla relatively recently, a Google search gives results of 2014, if I'm lucky (the old one in general). Where can you find good plugins?
Who uses what modules? How well are they customizable? Install a module or write your own based on phpmailer + ajax?
