What is a good Android phone with dual SIM (required) and memory card support (optional)?

Please advise a good Android phone, with two SIM cards, and support for memory cards.
Preferably not Chinese, or rather it is desirable that there would be no problems with support (firmware updates) later.

and almost all of them with one radio module.
